Goods purchased from the Notopro.ee online store are subject to the warranty and return procedure prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The purchased goods have a 14-day right to return the goods upon receipt.

PRODUCT RETURN:

The natural customer must announce his / her return request within 14 days of receiving the goods by filling in the order return application at the bottom of the page.

The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Unreturnable goods are:
1. Specially ordered for the customer, taking into account the customer’s personal needs
2. goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, are perishable or have reached the end of their service life
3. tile mixtures, joint mixtures and other cleaning and maintenance products when the packaging of the goods is opened.
