- Suitable grout width: 1 mm to 15 mm.
- The mixture is elastic and easy to work with: approx. 1 hour at +23°C.
- Working temperature: +12°C to +30°C / Recommended working temperature: +18°C to +23°C.
- Grouted surface is walkable: after 24 hours at +23°C.
- Grouted surface is ready for use: after 5 days at +23°C.
- Storage/shelf life: 24 months in the original packaging, avoid freezing temperatures.
When preparing the mixture, it is important to mix the two components as thoroughly as possible (with an electric drill) to create a homogeneous mass. A special rubber grout float is used for installing epoxy grout.
Initial post-grouting cleaning should be done before the mixture has fully cured. At the same time, ensure that the mixture is not washed out of the grout lines. The initial cleaning should always be done with clean water, using a felt cleaning cloth and a dedicated holder. For subsequent cleaning, use clean water and a cleaning sponge. After 24 hours, any remaining residues should be removed with special cleaning chemicals.
